TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale
These Terms of Service set out the rules that all visitors and customers ("User") of www.buecores.com (the "Site") must follow, and govern the legal relationship between Elif Kar, Buécores ("Seller") and the User.
Anyone who accesses or uses the Site or places an order is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
1. DEFINITIONS
• Site: The e-commerce website published under the domain www.buecores.com.
• Seller: Elif Kar, Buécores, Halaskargazi Mah. Halaskargazi Cad. No: 38-66E İç Kapı No: 215, Şişli / İstanbul, Turkey.
• User: Any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Site, creates an account or places an order.
• Product: Handmade jewelry, accessories and all other products offered for sale on the Site.
• Order: The User's electronic confirmation of a request to purchase products through the Site.
• Content: All images, texts, designs, logos, videos, software code and other materials on the Site.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICE
Buécores sells handmade jewelry and accessories through the Site. Each piece is made individually with an artisan's care.
The Seller reserves the right to change, update or remove the content, prices, stock status, campaign terms and scope of service on the Site without prior notice.
Sales made through the Site are subject to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the related secondary legislation.
4. ACCOUNTS AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
You can create an account to place an order or shop as a guest without one. Users who create an account accept and undertake that the information they provide is accurate, current and complete.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account details (email, password) confidential and secure. The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages arising from unauthorised use of an account.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend or delete, with prior notice, accounts created with false information, accounts that are misused, or accounts that have been inactive for a long time.
5. ORDER AND CONTRACT PROCESS
1. The User adds the product to the cart and checks the product details, price and shipping fee on the order summary page.
2. The order is confirmed by entering payment details. With this confirmation, a Distance Sales Contract is formed.
3. The order confirmation is sent to the User by email.
4. Payment is made only by credit card through an SSL / 3D Secure payment infrastructure.
The Seller never records, stores or shares credit card details with third parties. Payments are processed by a PCI DSS compliant payment service provider.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices listed on the Site are in Turkish Lira and include VAT. The shipping fee is shown separately in the order summary.
The Seller reserves the right to update prices without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of confirmation applies and cannot be changed.
The terms, duration and scope of campaigns and discounts are stated on the relevant campaign page. Campaigns cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
7. DELIVERY
Order preparation time: 4 to 10 business days (handmade production). Delivery after the order is handed to the carrier: 1 to 3 business days within Turkey, 5 to 15 business days internationally.
Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, the Seller must fulfil the order within 30 days at the latest from the date it is received.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Under Law No. 6502, the User has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are made to the credit card within 5 to 7 business days after the return is approved (timing may vary depending on your bank).

9. CHARACTERISTICS OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Buécores pieces are handmade jewelry and accessories. Slight differences in size of a few millimetres, nuances in colour, variations in surface texture and micro irregularities that come naturally from the handmade process reflect the artisanal character of each piece and are not considered defects.
Product images are representative. Differences in tone caused by screen resolution, colour calibration and lighting conditions may occur; these are not considered defects and do not constitute grounds for return.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All Content on the Site (images, designs, texts, logos, product photographs, videos, graphics and software code) belongs to the Buécores brand and is protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Industrial Property Law No. 6769.
Copying, reproducing, distributing, republishing, adapting or using the Content for commercial purposes, in whole or in part, without the Seller's written permission is prohibited.
11. USER OBLIGATIONS
When using the Site, the User agrees to:
• Act in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international law.
• Provide real, accurate and current information.
• Not use other people's personal data, account details or payment information.
• Not engage in any activity that may harm the Site, disrupt its operation or compromise its security.
• Not use automated data collection tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers and similar).
• Not place fake, misleading or malicious orders.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Seller does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free or secure, and accepts no liability for interruptions caused by technical faults, maintenance, updates, cyber attacks or third party service providers.
Links to third party websites are provided for information only; the Seller is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of these sites.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, strikes, government decisions, disruptions to transport or communication infrastructure, cyber attacks, power outages and similar extraordinary events beyond the parties' control are considered force majeure.
In cases of force majeure, the Seller cannot be held responsible for delays in or failure to fulfil its obligations. The User may request cancellation of the order or an extension of the delivery period.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version takes effect on the date it is published on the Site. Continued use of the Site after an update means the User accepts the new terms.
For significant changes, Users are informed through a notice on the Site and/or by email.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to any disputes arising from these terms.
For consumer disputes, Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction up to the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction above these limits.
For non consumer disputes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Şişli) have jurisdiction.
